Warrior Diet for 1st time: Day 1
Im coming off the traditional 6-7 meals a day.
Day 1 on the Warrior Diet and this is what Ive done so far...
8am - water, multivitamin, celery sticks, small portion of cottage cheese.
10am - apple (ate sparingly between 9-11am)
noon - romaine lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, 3 egg whites 1 egg, couple of almonds
2pm - handful of strawberries
4pm - the rest of the strawberries
6pm - salad, ground turkey with mixed veggies, EFA oils, brown rice w salsa. double to triple portions on the 6pm meal.
Today was my off day from training so Im undecided if Im going to have a preworkout meal before training tomorrow. For my post workout Ill have a whey & banana shake.
I want to lose about 10 pounds of stubborn fat & firm up around the chest & belly area. I dont want to go lower than 185 pounds.
Im 5'11 198. Im deadlifting (Friday) 8x3 for 320. Im squatting (Monday) 245 for 8x3. And Double KB Clean & Press (Wednesday) 8x3 with 60 sec rest with the 70s. Those are my 3 BIG lifts.
Any opinions of feedback would be great.
