    Default pure whey consumption

    Does any one have any experience with pure whey consumption,some thing in the line of how much ,when,how,you know-the usual
    I really mean pure whey,not the supplement,whey that you get after making cheese.So real whey.

    i don't use it but from what i've heard it tastes & smells disgusting and contains very little protein.
