I'm sorry, but this diet seems illogical in every way. A diet should not consist of injections. But then again, I have a deep fear/aversion towards needles.

However, I am surprised that you guys aren't convinced after MC has posted FOUR times with copious amounts of data to prove her point. To me this is a calorie-restricted Barry Bonds diet, and just because there aren't any negative signs going on the outside, doesn't mean there isn't something terrible going on the inside. I'm all for extreme/irrational diets that push the boundaries, but this seems like Scientology to me. Once again, I'm sorry if I come off as rash, but I would not take on this "diet."

I agree with this statement in every way. I'm the one who originally posted this question out of concern for a close friends wife who started this diet. Unfortunately, it may seem illogical, but after seeing some recent photos of her she honestly looks really good and healthy. She got the results she was looking for very quickly. I'm not jumping on the HCG Diet bandwagon or anything (I have no desire to lose weight), but so far the results have surprisingly spoken for themselves. I'm curious to see what happens now that she has resumed a normal diet again.

Thats awesome it worked for your friend! I wouldnt see this as a diet, its more of a protocol, you do it once and for most people your done, I had some recent blood work done to check my thyroid, testosterone, and such and everything came back exellent, I was stoked that my resting heart rate went down to 60bpm, thanks to kettlebells!!!!!
