    Default A quick question regarding WD.

    As you can see in my previous thread I have successfully managed to implement WD and am feeling great but had a few questions..

    Can I have Raw goat's milk instead of whey protein??

    Also can I have a glass of raw goat's milk in the morning and another one after my last meal in the night for added protein and enhanced recovery from hard excruciating powerlifting workouts??

    The principle is: have some sustenance without the bloat and fatigue of a meal before dinner time - apply that principle as it works best for you.
