Question regarding fat loss and hormonal changes you can use for fat loss. Lets say two identical males, eating the same amount of calories, same foods etc and both were 20% bodyfat.

Without changing foods, can you change the hormonal balance in one male to start losing fat? Lets say he started taking Creatine, green tea, high doses of fish oil, and fiber before each meal to dent insulin...would it make an effect?

You have to burn more then you take in, but sometimes advice is simple and other times its not. Sometimes I probably eat 400 calories more then I should in protein, but from my understanding it will lead to fat loss from the various effects protein has on the body compaired to processed carbs.

Its a messy post, but its something I dont really understand.
