I am actually late for work while posting this so It will be quick!

I have wondered about my genetics. I have been told even moderately good genes (for fitness, bodybuilding etc) are rare, and my wrist joints are small, but...

I was the fastest swimmer in my school. maybe 5th fastest runner, fairly strong anyway. My calfs are HUGE naturally comparied to most people. I always thought because of my wrist size that my genes would be working against me, but looking back, I actually have alot going for me.

Could the wrist size thing be wrong? Its something I always wanted to ask and it really effects how I train. I am slowly pushing myself harder and harder. If my old "Hardgainer" trainer saw what I was doing now his head would explode.
