Default Losing fat with low carb approach?

How big calorie deficit I should have to keep most of my muscle and burn the fat?

I've been in ketosis for 2-3 weeks now, keeping the carbs under 30 grams a day. The deficit has been around 600-1000 kcal a day. I've been feeling fine. Lost around 4-5 kilos now, some of it fluids of course.

I'm currently around half the way done with 40 day workout, after that more volume.

In my past I have weighted 106kg, then I lost over 30kg because I trained for the army (cardio=muscles too) I weighted 73kg. I have gained over 10kg after that due to strength and mass training.

Going towards lose fat / keep muscle.

Let's say I want to look as strong as I am

That's quite a big calorie deficit. I generally eat 200cals under on off days, and 200cals over on workout days. I'm looking at gaining some lean mass and slowly dropping the last of the fat.

The larger the deficit the shorter the time you will stick to it for. I would aim 300-500cals per day max.

I know, but its not meant to last longer than these 2-3 weeks. Now I'm aiming for longer period deficit.

If my energy consumption WITH the training would be... lets say 2500kcal, wouldn't my body composition change if I'd ate that 2500kcal +/- every day?? Of course enough protein, and low carbs(<100gr)
