Default muscle building food for cranks (low wheat and milk diet)

    Hello
I'm on a reduced wheat/gluten and milk diet due to digestive issues, I was wondering if there was any high protein meals or websites recipes that are free or gluten/milk you can recommend because I do not want to waste away on the streets of Philadelphia hhhmmm hhmmm hmmm

    thanks

Plenty of gluten/dairy free options for protein. Fish, chicken, meat, eggs are all gluten/dairy free, just don't bread them or cook them in butter. Coconut oil and olive oil are great for cooking. If you have sensitivities to gluten and dairy you could potentially have them with eggs too.

My wife and I are gluten/dairy free. She gets a lot of recipes off of http://www.elanaspantry.com/ and modifies them accordingly.

    Well,

Eating plenty vegetables, nuts and seeds will provide all the protein you need. I've been eating vegan for several years and I haven't wasted away yet.
