    Default Milk Powder for Protein?

im looking into finding an easy and cheap way to keep my calories up each day. so i thought of a homemade protein shake useing milk powder instead on whey.

im just wondering people thoughts on milk powder as its cheap and high in protein. this may seem stupid but i just thought i run it by some people

Milk powder will work splendidly as an alternative to whey. It's a nice mixture of caseine, whey, carbs, and (sometimes) fat.

But as for price of protein... Atleast in Europe buying the cheapest brand whey is much cheaper than going with milk powder when you actually calculate the grams of protein per euro.
