What do you mean about published to write for Dragondoor? Was he coming on to the site, writing new books, what? I'd definitely want to see a new book. Plenty was explained, already, but I'd like to hear more. Definitely more on the history stuff, and the way stuff works out.

This is what they are talking about. It's in the article section under health and nutrition.

I just want Dragondoor to find new nutrition authors. Ori is probably my favorite. I think nutrition deserves just as much attention as the physical aspect of the forums.

That was back in 2009. Ori used to be active-ish here but moved on.

I agree it would be nice for there to be more of a focus on the diet side of things here but...it's never really gone that way over the years. Still there is a wealth of info on here if you dig through the old posts.

Physical fitness wouldn't be complete without nutrition.

Spikeman, you could just visit Ori's website at http://www.defensenutrition.com/index.php for his nutrition articles and forums.

It's a shame that the Defense Nutrition Forum isn't used more frequently. Those utilizing 'The Warrior Diet,' 'The Anti-Estrogenic Diet,' or 'Unlock Your Muscle Gene' (myself included), would benefit from an interactive community.

Similarly, we should have such a community for strength training with kettlebells, free weights, and bodyweight exercise... Oh, never mind, THAT forum is definitely active.
