    Hello,
    The benefits of bulletproof coffee can promote brain function, memory and energy levels. It can serve as a massive source of antioxidants and is associated with all sorts of positive health outcomes. Coffee can even affect your body and mind like healthy exercise. It can even help you build muscle without exercising. You never feel hungry, get low energy, and saturated food is good for health.

    Not yet and I didn't know about it either, can someone explain what is bulletproof coffee?

    @smithharold33

    It's a combination of "mold-free" coffee, MCT Oil, and grass-fed butter.

    Here's the official recipe:
    500 ml coffee
    1-2 TBSP grass-fed butter (Kerrygold is his brand)
    1-2 TBSP MCT oil (some people sub coconut oil but supposedly not as effective)

    Blend it up, drink it.

    It's actually pretty tasty and I enjoy it. Careful with the MCT oil though, it can have a laxative effect if you use too much in a day.

    Is there any objective proof regarding brain function and memory? I’ve known Dave for nearly 10 years and have seen the claims on his website, but, haven’t seen any neurologists backing him.

    Big question: Does that Bulletproof Coffee actually work? I've heard plenty, but I'd like to know from people that have tried it. Also, is there anything similar (like how there's different teas that do similar things)?

    Started today with 500ml strong black coffee, 80g of unsalted butter, 30g of coconut oil.

    Delicious stuff. Makes me sweat something crazy though.
