eg. I'm doing Burn Extreme at the moment... a suggestion is to actually do fasted training on the "eating days." Tried it.. performed horrible. What does work excellent for me though is on feeding days eating maybe 6000kcal various greasy and sugary foods before the workout and then hitting the bells and downing the rest of the days kcal afterwards. Performance for me in a definitely not fasted state is by far superior.
6000kcal before training? Woah, that sounds insane!

Not in one meal, of course. But spread out during the day sure. Say I train at 6 pm. Then there is ample time to get some good food into the pie hole. And then time for more after.

Physicians and dieticians suggest that training should be conducted in a fasted state because there are plenty of benefits associated with it. It is good for an overall metabolism, hormone system and the nervous system.

Not a very long time. Maybe 3 months or so.

I have more energy during cardio when I train fasted. Weights are a mixed bag. For 10+ rep stuff, I feel stronger, but for low-rep, heavy weights, I run out of gas a bit quicker sometimes.
Yes, intermittent fasting works. I lost 30 lbs in 4 months on Eat Stop Eat.
