Spikeman, interesting you posted this as I just released the first five chapters of my upcoming book where I discuss this very thing.

    Here's the link if you're interested http://www.chroniclesofstrength.com/...or-just-5.html

In short (and if you don't feel like spending five bucks lol) - I would go with strict fasting or consuming small amounts of whey protein (20 grams or so) every 2-3 hours

Yeah I never liked the whole "under eating" thing, I do not feel like I am fasting at all unless I am fasting for real, like nothing but good ole H2O. Plus when I tried the under eating thing I was hungry as a BEAST the whole time but when I am fasting I dont get hungry at all. Weird.

I've tried both. I prefer water fasting. the only issue I have with water fasting is that your urge to eat unhealthy things sky rocket! Under eating does have it's merits. When I try to build muscle at some point in the next few years, I'll implement Ori's pulse feeding routine.

    Default Consume less food

If you are the one who is an obese and want to burn your extra fat, then you have to do lot of exercise. Apart from that you can take fat free food. This fat free food is good for health as it contains vitamins, proteins and minerals, which are necessary for regulating the entire functioning of the body.

Please introduce yourself - I disagree with everything you've said here. If you're obese, don't focus on a lot of exercise, focus on your diet, and do _not_ eat fat-free foods unless nature created them that way.

For me it's a hell of a lot easier to get through a 24-hour fast than to undereat for 24 hours, but I'm sure they both work just fine if you do them right.

I agree. I have to be careful once I break the fast I don't go crazy with the food. Some days I do great, other days not so much. It's funny, fasting is the easy part controlling the temptation once I break the fast is harder!
