    Question Morning Aerobics & Warrior Diet Post-Workout Meal

    I run every other morning. Do the Warrior Diet post-workout meal guidelines apply to aerobics also?

    So post workout carbs are not needed if fat loss is your goal? Friggin sweet! One less supplement to buy, I was using waxy maize after my workouts. Sounds like all I really need is my trusty whey.

    That seems to be what Ori recommends but if you're doing hardcore endurance or work out for more than two hours, have some carbs in the second feeding.
