    I heard it's tough. I plan on spending all my time on the RoP/PM until I reach the RoP numbers. I think it'll be a year or two maybe more. Does Muscle have any nutritional protocol at all?

    Nothing outside the old 15*bw cals and eating a lot of protein. Nothing near as detailed as the Burns.

    Geez, that'd be tough on a fasting protocol. Except for maybe Lean Gains.

    Yeah shovel faster :P and one thing I've noticed is how many people don't use the complete 4 hour window the WD offers. They try to stuff it all into one hour (which is how I find myself doing it often) and find they're to full. Also, What's your opinion on the Paleo diets?

    My 0.02 euros on Paleo...

    my main beef with Paleo diet is the choice of name. Not really much to support that is how "humans" ate in the paleolithic era. Especially with more and more evidence showing grinding of grains, and quite a few well respectible anthropologists prefer to think of many of the 'ancient' humans as more of gatherer-hunterer than hunter-gatherers. The variety is just so huge... And me not having any issues with grains (other than gluten which I do avoid) in general I don't see why "Paleo" makes up these arbitrary rules for eating. Also it seems to be way too low on carbs and high on fat for my liking... Just don't quite see how the dietary guidelines it sets up rhymes with human metabolism and modern nutritional science. Not to mention the slight obsession with 'clean eating' and fear of fructose that is quite common in the paleo community.. just makes very little sense to me.

    But if some style of eating works for someone and makes them feel good I'm all for it. Not really a believer in "one size fits all."
