    From what I gathered from the book, its ok to pulse with some whey and yogurt during the day because whey and yogurt combine well and doesn't tax the digestive system. I tried asking on Ori's site but for some reason can't.

    I think the key to pulse feeding is to keep the amount of protein at 20 grams. I don't pulse feed right now because I'm not on a mass building program.

    it was disappointing. the book is quite repetitive and it harps on optimizing nutrition along with training without getting into any specifics as to how. he just mentions that you should have whey in frequent intervals but nothing on portion meals. didn't expect this from Ori. even his articles and other free write ups are more informative. what was he thinking?!!!

    Only had a new cent for each and every occasion Ori had written ingest health proteins shakes in addition to eat together with chocolate I'd personally have enough dimes to cover the price of the particular guide.
