    Default Unlock your muscle gene

I am thinking about ordering Ori's latest book. My question is, in light of Ori"s latest articles and blog post is it still relevent and worth the investment? I have all of his other books and find them informative and a good read.

If you're looking for something informative and a good read, 'Unlock Your Muscle Gene' will suffice.

Of course, like many of Ori's other books, if you're looking for a concise, application oriented, nutritional program, you may be a bit upset.

However, the book, coupled with recent blogs and articles should provide you with all the information you need.

If I had a dime for every time Ori wrote drink protein shakes and eat with chocolate I would have enough dimes to cover the cost of the book.

More like all of his books! Talk about a redundant message.

Whey and dark chocolate are extremely good for you. Their antioxidant properties are out of this world. I don't think he mentions dark chocolate in his book Unlock Your Muscle Gene. I must say though that Ori has been pushing his supplements a little to much for my tastes. I've used his Warrior Whey and it is of great quality and works.

I agree. Do not misunderstand me I have learned a lot by reading some of his stuff but I do not care for Ori's style of writing. Round and round, over and over.

One thing that kind of bugs me is that he doesn't respond to often on his forum and kind of goes into seclusion. He then has an interview answers two questions on his post and then vanishes.

I agree with both of your sentiments! I too have learned from his writings but ...

Warrior Diet and Muscle Gene could both be large pamphlets rather than multi-chapter books and be totally adequate in dispensing the information.

As well as easier to read.
