Default Need help to STOP CRAVING SWEETS!!!

I crave for sweets after every meal…I will have a proper meal (protein, carb, fat) clean meal and then would crave for something sweet.
Am I missing something in my food?
    Any thoughts?

    Thanks in advance!

Fruit. Dark Chocolate. But everyone has problems with the occassional craving. Not saying you shoiuld never eat another piece of cake - just limit it to 1-2 per week. My particular problems are with bread, cheese, salty food and beer/whisky. It took me a long time to stop craving potatoe chips and chip dip. Now Fritos chips no longer have a hold on me. I am still am working on the beer thing though. Try Intermittant Fasting - like EAT STOP EAT or THE WARRIOR DIET. Working a specific PLAN is crucial. Withoput a PLAN you will find yourself rationalizing every piece of cake or bowl of icecream you eat with the thought that "I will just start tommorrow."...Dennis

Frit & dark chocolate sound good. Raw honey is good, too (actually it acts as a general health & athletic supplement, too). You might need to just lay off of them for a few days to break the pattern a bit & "detox" (couldn't think of a better word, but you get the idea).

If you really want to stop craving sweets then go for ReMag it will help you to do that. And it will control your sugar level.
