Need some suggestions....I work overnight shift, 10pm-6am, and am trying to get back on the Warrior Diet after a long hiatus...I need to drop about 60+ pounds....so I have some questions...

I work out, either at the gym or with my kettlebells at home after work, which is around 6:30 am....

My question is, when should my main meal occur...after I workout or on my break at work around midnight, then I have one around 3am?

Any suggestions as to how to space the snacks and main meal would greatly be appreciated......
