Hello, all...I need some advice/suggestions....I am trying to get back on the WD...here is the deal...

I work overnight shift, 10pm-6am, and tend to do my workouts afterwards, around 6:30 am.....I get breaks at work at midnight and 3 am....here is my question....

When should my main meal be on the WD? I can base my snacks around it...is it better after a workout or around 3am, a couple hours before? Then, what should I do after workout...protein shake? Cheese?
