Default Any of you make bone soup?

Hey everyone. Do any of you make bone soup & if so, how do you guys make it? Does it still work (for bones & teeth) if you don't simmer it until the bones mush up?

Just started making it in a pressure cooker so I don't have to simmer it all day (or for days on end). I honestly didn't know that pressure cookers sped things up, just thought it was a way to cook things in general. Anyone know how long the mushed-up state would take with one of those?

I've made bone broth in a slow cooker. It was cooking for 48 hours on slow. The bones did not turn soft in any way, but the broth was very tasty. My wife said it was some of the best broth she's ever had. I used grassfed beef bones that I ordered online.

See, I simmered it for about that long in a regular pot & I cooked it shorter in the pressure cooker- it just seemed different (thicker, maybe).

They also have really good prices on grass fed liver, which was very delicious.
