    Default Blenders and juicers

I have a blender and use it ocassionally for mixing protein shakes and fruit/veg smoothies. But I am considering getting a juicer now. Not sure what is the advantage of one over the other. Can a blender essentially do most stuff a juicer can do? For those who have a juicer what are your thoughts? I know that a juicer separates the pulp and fiber from the fruits and vegs - but are not that stuff good too? Why would you want to separate out the fiber? So juicer - likes vs dislikes inputs...Dennis

Blender all the way! Fiber is perhaps one of the most important things in vegetables/fruits and a juicer will rid you of that.

Just my opinion, but BLEND IT DON'T JUICE IT.

If you get a juicer, also get a juice press. I get an added 40% juice with the press.
