    Default Foods For Tooth/Bone Health?

    Hey, everyone. Have been having problems with my teeth & don't want it to progress to the point where I have problems eating (obviously). I've read all kinds of things by Weston A. Price & others about the teeth, like the bones, being supported by diet & that it would prevent/arrest tooth decay. Anyone know where to get REAL food? Like it doesn't have all kinds of catches & caveats? I'd prefer it to be cheap, but I'd rather know about it either way.

    To Answer It Ahead Of Time: I figure I might get some areas filled in (there's this new Japanese paste that's supposed to be very good for that), but it doesn't address the concept of this problem not continuing to happen. What good is it to patch up a pothole if the road is just going to "sinkhole" away?

    a google search says leafy greens, apples, carrots, cheese, yogurt are good. But if you eat or drink a lot of sugar or highly processed food that will undo any healthy eating for sure. Its more about what NOT to eat...Dennis

    Yeah, I'm seeing all that- I'm looking for where to get the good stuff. I don't know what I can do or not do & I'm getting to worry that this stuff might not absorb as well anymore with me (maybe having not eaten well for a well has an effect similar to frostbite, but with nutrition?).

    I've heard things about pretty much all the stuff you need for strong bones & teeth being blocked from absorbing by Celiac Disease (not actually being an allergy, but is the yeast in the body outmatching the bacteria & the small intestine getting attacked by the immune system- much like a city with a lot of terrorists in it getting bombed to shit- this does damage to the parts of the intestine that absorbs these thing, but gets better with time & Specific Carbohydrate Diet or something along those lines).

    Really don't have much in the way of problems except for my damn teeth not seeming to get much better & every so often getting worse. Pretty much everything else is just needing to get back in shape. So I don't figure I have any other problems besides nutrients.
