    Another change I have made recently is my coffee drinking. I used to get up in the morning around 5:30-6:00am and start the day with a cup of black coffee - no suger/cream of course - NOW I begin with two cups of water and later apple cider vinegar with lemon with a cup of water. I only begin drinking coffee WHEN I begin to feel hungry usually around 1pm and then again late afternoon early evening. This eliminates the coffee jitters from drinking coffee throughout the day. So hunger is the green light for drinking coffee. And its working for me...Dennis

    My eating template is now OMAD. Which is one meal per day which is essentially 23/1 template. 23 hours fasting - zero calories - and 1 hour eating (1 meal). I did this because I felt I was getting much closer now to the exhalted six pack and I wanted to up the pace to get there. I can now see the ghost of a six pack forming. My abs never looked this good before. Even better then when I left USMC boot camp back in the summer 1973. My 34 inch trousers are loose and I have to use a belt. I can fit comfy cozy in 32 inch. Don't think I need work down to a 30 inch. That would be just too much..hehehe!!...Dennis

    Tried on a 30 inch waist trousers. I can get into them but is quite snug. So 32 inch is fine by me. Fat reduction is improved. I sense my "6 pack" is right around the corner. Arms and forearms appear more vascular like corded rope. No hint of any fat on my face and neck. No hanging skin. Did a 2 day fast with success just recently. Easy peasy Japanesy. So its been about 1 1/2 yrs on IF - I AM COMPLETELY ADAPTED TO IT. I began with size 38 inch trousers. Down to 32 inch. So my assessment is that I did indeed succeed. Dennis
