Another change I have made recently is my coffee drinking. I used to get up in the morning around 5:30-6:00am and start the day with a cup of black coffee - no suger/cream of course - NOW I begin with two cups of water and later apple cider vinegar with lemon with a cup of water. I only begin drinking coffee WHEN I begin to feel hungry usually around 1pm and then again late afternoon early evening. This eliminates the coffee jitters from drinking coffee throughout the day. So hunger is the green light for drinking coffee. And its working for me...Dennis
