    hey comrade,
    i read your post while back about the warrior diet, i am curious about it. seems so contradictory to everything i know. what and when do you eat. if you could spare some details that would be great.

    Sure Miike! I wake up around 9am each day and fast until arround 4-5pm. I usually break my fast with a protein shake and then workout two hours later. However, if I am more interested in fat loss, I fast longer and workout on an empty stomach. After my workout, I have a protein shake with fruits and then have a fresh salad with flaxsees oil. After that I cook my main meal which for me usually consisits of tofu, vegetables, lentils, etc(I do not eat meat or dairy) If I am still hungry later in the evening I will have some more fruits, a sandwich or whatever I want.
