I have a climbing friend talking of taking creatine. As a climber myself and having used creatine before i did not find it of any use and infact found that it made my tendons more susceptible to injury. I have told them this, yet they are quoting info given to them from a GNC salesgirl. is there any evidence or studies that prove what i thought might be the case? Many climbers have had his complaint while on creatine, what is your experience or knowledge?
