I see the point you;re making, but i mean, is all this micromananging neccessary? It just seems like too much bullshit to deal with to get all your nutrients in. I vegan diet IS manageable, but it's just very hard to. Why not cancel ou tall of those worries, realize that meat is not going to make you drop dead (and may actully do the opposite) and just eat a nice steak? I'm just saying that there is so much evidence that our bodies were designed to eat mostly animal foods, so why not eat in accordance with that design to be healthy?
