How do you find it strength-wise? Still no worries?

i am doing something like this on "easy" days. I try to stay as loose as possible on my presses. But I can't press like that on my "hard" day, if it is heavy/hard I have to use a lot more tension....

Slow running, nose breathing only. Do not get high pulse, just run slowly, if 5 minutes is all you can do for starts then start there. If you can do 60 minutes then do so. Getting "tired"...
