Switch to muscle mode - strengthen abs, obliques, triceps, biceps, rhomboids and go back to pushups
Thanks Max.
New Comrade, Here's a good explanation of the hollow position IMO - you can easily see the thoracic flexion Max mentions above:

Max - could you comment on hollow position and putting arms over head. At your excellent workshop that I would highly recommend to any one with a body I vaguely recall you advising against putting...
You're right, these are not strict HS swings. They are lazy swings.
This is the RKC swing/squat workout but with 50 swings added. That workout killed me at the 2008 RKC. Bodyweight training has really helped my single KB work.
Great workout if you don't have a...

I received this review for www.yourstrengthsource.com/pistolsecrets

i would never do it or advise anyone else to.
Anyone ever do ice training?
not sure about shrugs, but without a doubt keep them packed for DLs and squats (maybe not BW pistols...not a priority). lat activation helps stabilize your upper back.
Dennis, exactly. Well put.
I've seen fat powerlifters but I've never seen a fat gymnast. Not to say I don't love lifting heavy stuff, but start with BW!!
Bodyweight is also a good option for getting stronger while losing weight because your strength is automatically rewarded for shedding pounds. Strategically working in low rep barbell or explosive...
Parts of it.
I'm calling shenanigans
To continue to enjoy training consistently and set surprise PRs. Enjoy getting more with less. Not stressing about training or results.
Pipes,
the hardest part was the pullups, but i really think its because i haven't been training them at all lately. on the second rep i thought to myself "these feel heavier than than they...
Just fixed the butt thing. I might be able to make it, not sure yet. Looks like 3 days of fun.
Here's my first attempt. Comments/critiques welcome.

depends on how you do the pushup and how much the person ways and probably some other factors
Dennis, how much do you weight? That is incredible.
