    Initially, my goal was 20 sets of 5 reps. But I soon realized that it was not going to happen. So, I ended up doing between 10-15 sets of DLs and side presses. I used my 53 LB KB for side presses....

    Hehe, it does sound like you are trying to do 12 minutes of swings. That is hard for the most hard core of us.

    Try top of the minute swings like described above. I do 40 seconds on and 20 off.
