The professor, Dr. Applegate wrote this book, she is very accredited, and extremely knowledgeable. Get this book if you don't want to buy the 8+ different books from Precision Nutrition.

I have completed (1,2,3,4,5) x 5 Clean and Press with X Kettlebell but I...
(A) cannot press the next size KB
(B) cannot press the next size KB for 5 reps yet.

The solution: Add more ladders and include overload presses on your second variety days.
