    My workout tomorrow will consist of: Long cycle, 2 28s 5x2,4,6.

    Today I just practiced with the single long cycle: 2x5 with a 36 (trying to improve technique).

    I see you've been training with the Long Cycle. How does it feel for you compared to doing presses?

    Also, what particular instrument do you use to measure the calorie burn?

    Most likely I will be doing a 2nd session of VWC 15/15. Only 10 minutes. I've had to start back over again. Hopefully more than 2 sessions next week.

    Last night I did one arm swings with 24kg:

    10L/10R/10L/10R/5L/5R (ie 50 consecutive reps) ...x4 with active rest in between

    Took 13 minutes total! Absolutely winded at the end of each four sets.

    Not a very good time, but something to work on.

    Btw, are there some articles etc, of waving the load inside one workout?

    Last C&P session felt really great!

    Clean and Press w/ 28kg bell: 1x 1,2,3,4 and 4x 1,2,3

    Chinups w/ 16kg bell around my waist: 1x 1,2,3,4 and 4x 1,2,3

    Roll a pair of dice and swing the 32kg bell = 10 minutes (damn)....1 minute on/off...

    I was completely destroyed at the end of the swings haha.
    HKC =D
