Wow! This seems really interesting. Is this "100" done all reps consecutively? If so, the grip will be fried leg raises through pull-ups.
Also, what depth will the pushups be done to?
After reading the info, it would be an amazing event to participate in and the knowledge to be gained--invaluable!
ETA: I'm doing it! I just registered! Now wish me luck comrades that I survive! I'm not too worried about three thirds of the test but I do have to resolve this bicep issue so I can resume pull up training. Five months should be plenty especially with the desire to not embarrass myself ;-)
I needed a kick in the ass and this is just what I needed. Can't wait to learn from these awesome trainers and finally meet some of the wonderful people here in the DD community!
