Has anyone had any success with using Dr. Leo Swartz gymnastic type Longstrength exercises(ie; squat pullup) as an assisatnce to greasing the groove or as the actual workout? I was thinking that one could get plenty of work in the motion or path while not really exhaustings oneself. Hope I made what I was trying to say clear but I ain't sure. I did some squat pullups the other nigh for sets of 25 reps and was surprisingly sore the next morning with little fatigue during or after the workout.
