the flu returned to our humble abode this weekend along with Mr DOMS so this was scaled back a bit
bp 135x5x2,225x3x2, green bands choked to bench, under db and over sleeve 225x3x8 meet and close grips. speed better every set.
2 board meet grip w/bands 225/245/265 long pauses, working on sticking point, no bands 295/335x5 long pauses.
tricep pushdown 157x5x5
parallel grip pullupx5x3 sets
green band pushdownx50
those raw squats friday have me limping a bit. had a lot left but am puzzled at the adductor soreness after so much wide work. i am pretty convinced raw rock bottom work has a place in every routine.
