I'm wrapping up my 2nd consecutive 3-week PTP cycle and was wanting some ideas on what to do next. I did one 3 week cycle, did a 2 week kettlebell cycle, and am now at the end of another PTP ending with a deadlift work set of 335x5. Would it be good to take a break from another PTP and go on a 5x5x5 cycle? Maybe another k-bell cycle? What about somehow combining the two? My overall goal is to keep progressing in overall limit strength while having a decent level of conditioning--all without burning out. Do any of you just keep on doing PTP cycles?
