I really like this Formula

One of attractions of KB's and Pavel's PTP approach are workouts(practices) with fewer numbers of exercises. So I like this approach that you're suggesting. In the past I tended to include too many diff. exercises in a single workout. Now I'm content to vary my approach from one or two to as many as five (done in a circuit). The older I become, this minimalist approach seems to be just right.
