Been two weeks, noticing a difference...

I have had my kettlebell two weeks now. I'm noticing a difference already. My waist seems to be getting smaller, my lats, shoulders and neck are starting to look like they belong on someone different.

Tonight I played 2 man (actually girl) volleyball with some of the girls from the vb team I coach. Had energy, no leg fatigue. So, apparently the overall body fitness is there!
