Bridge form check

Looks great to me, better than most Ive seen, you get really good extension on your arms.

I have no experience with discs but I suffered from soft tissue pain for 15 years and bridging is an abolute MUST for me, absolutely nothing has made my back feel as good as it does now and without any hesitation at all I know that bridging is what did it.

Yes. The perfect bridge isn't just attained from straight arms and legs. Your shoulders should also be over your hands (at least to the best of your ability).

Your lumbar region should also have little pressure. It should be felt on on the upper back and hips. It looks good, but if you feel lower back pain while doing them, try opening up your shoulder angle more and "puff out your chest" to make the arch closer to your upper back.

Remember gymnasts approach the Bridge as a shoulder-opener. Keep that in mind, and with time get your shoulders over your hands.
AGAIN, this is if you feel problems in your lower back. If you feel it's fine, then no more corrections might have to be done.

Thank you, comrades!
I don´t feel any discomfort in my lower back while bridging.
I squeeze the glutes and try to arch mostly the upper back.
I will work on that shoulder angle.
