buy two 10#10 cm rafter. secure them on the floor and the ceiling. drills holes for your squat startposition and the same for the bench, i use 2,5 cm pipes from the plummer. works perfect and then you can afford to buy the kettlebells. you can also drill holes and place a longer pipe between the rafters for pullups. i would also buy a pair of rings.
