Just thought I would try some healthy spices for fat loss and overall general health - for a change. I recently read up on cayenne peppers. Some of you know what I am talking about. But if you know nothing about the health benefits of cayenne pepper give it a google. What caught my eye was the HEART benefits and FAT/WEIGHT LOSS properties. Cayenne Pepper DOES IT ALL. Plan to add pepper and spices to my coffee, salads, fish, and anything else that comes to mind. Gee - I wonder how cayenne goes with scots whisky?..hehe!!...Dennis

I have tried the cayenne powder over the last few days. ITS HOT! The way I take it is with 12oz warm water and 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder 3-4x a day. Down the hatch!. I have noticed a significant decrease in appetite so this a welcome addition to my Warrior Diet eating style. I have been reading up on cayenne. Its quite remarkable. Fat loss occurs because this spice heats up the body - and the body as a result strives to keep the heat from rising - expending calories in the process. Also upon injestion of cayenne you will feel "flushed" - a feeling that is somewhat like that of post exercise or great sex ( hey I'm just the messenger...hehe) Soon I may want to try some actual cayenne peppers in a mongolian bbq style dish. Anyone got good recipes?....turmeric spice. I drink this in my coffee with coconut oil and or chia seeds. Also, sprinkle it on salad or in soups and pasta etc...add it to salad dressing. This is interesting - turmeric spice increases the amount of "brown fat" in your body. Brown fat IS GOOD. Brown fat in turn is used as fuel to "burn" "white fat" - the BAD FAT..these spices, and others as well used in conjunction with exercise and proper rest could most likely be the way toward successful fat loss...Dennis

These spices work best for those people who are not used to them. If these spices make you sweat and makes your nose run like a fawcet then its working.Dennis
