FCT question

I'm into my 3 workout of FCT's. Im using the right form, but i am feeling it work my shoulder and trap area rather than my obliques. I do do them after 2 sets of pull-ups though. Anything I should change to work my abs more. thanks

Are you leaning into the bar as you move it around? You want to try and push the bar into the corner as you do this.
