I just finished Pavel's "Hit the Deck" program this morning and the results were incredible. I went from doing 50 pushups in 1 minute the first week to 65 in a minute the second week, and finally 75 in 72 seconds this morning. I did not only see an improvement in the volume, but also a visual change in the muscles in my chest and shoulder area. Another thing I really like about this program is that it's so versatile. You can apply it to almost any bodyweight exercise. I think this is great especially for those wanting to improve their numbers in their PFT or something similar. IMO, this program is well worth the time and effort.
