Great article about the swing

As a matter of interest, once I had the RKC weekend under my belt, swinging a 40kkb for 20 reps at a time became, well, not easy but definitely doable. It's now my regular swing weight and gives a much better "feel" and feedback than say, a 24.
Heavy swings are the way to go IMO.

Great article. I'm treating the swing like a martial arts technique and spending so much time working form and doing highish reps with the 16 kg bell I forget that I should bang out few shorter sets with my 24kg every once in a while.
