HL: Today's workout

Fighting a cold so no running today.

Wall Walking (from UW's Beginning HSPU article):
3 sets of 3 reps, first time I tried it, liked it.

Power Clean:
5 sets of 3 reps (still working on form)

BB Military Press:
5 sets of 3 reps (sore shoulder, hence the lower reps)

Jump Rope:
3 minute rounds of 2 minutes jumping, 1 minute rest. Did that for 15 minutes.


Tomorrow I'm going to try that boxing KB workout someone wrote an article about a week or so ago.
