I've never had a workout so effective as the HOC ! 150 jumprope interval followed by 20 swings, 150jr 20 snatches each arm etc. down to 207 from 230 !

How long have you been doing HOC?

Hows your diet and do you do any other training as well?
HOC is a great concept, and can strip you down , fast.
