Oh no, I'm not bored, its just that I find it hard to know whether I'm training hard enough one day or over training the next. I like to train every day so I tend never to do more than 45mins, but when I keep training the same moves I get less of a chemical kick - you know the 'yee-hah' feeling that you glow with for an hour after a 'good' workout.

I'm trying to see if other people use this as a measure of workload, or if its more down to things like weight x reps x sets / time equations.
