paleo Diet update

Well here it is:
Body weight is down to 195 lbs from close to 230.
Blood pressure is lower and I feel great except for seasonal allergies.
I am eating beef, chicken, fish, fruits and vegetables. Even though it is not paleo I still have creamer with my coffee and a little bit of cheese. I have tried to eliminate wheat and grain products totally, but of course I am only human and cannot resist the occ. slice of pizza or nachos.

Like Dr. cordain mentions...

one or two meals of non paleo fare is really not a big deal...what you eat 90% of the time, day in day out is going to be the deciding factor in your health.
