The PM is obvioulsy a good starting point but how should it be structured exactly???
It states that you should aim for 12 mins alternate swings and working rest but how should this be broken down?
1 min on, 1 min off
30 secs on, 30 secs off
40 secs on, 20 secs off???
I assume this changes with improvement but how should it be structured before a move to ROP?
