I am used to performing kettlebell swings 3 mornings a week for 3-5 sets of 30-50 reps as my cardio (I weigh 145 lbs and swing the 24kg), and I have just started the PTTP Russian Bear deadlift cycle for the evenings of the same 3 days I swing. My concern is that the swings may lead to over training since the same muscle groups are used in both swings and deadlifts. Should the swings be cut out? If anyone could give me any incite or advice it would be very much appreciated. thanks.
